• Education, occupation, company name, designation, salary.
• Location details (country, state, city, address).
• Family details (father/mother names, occupations, siblings information, family description).
• Contact number.

1.3 Uploaded content

• Profile photos.
• Horoscope images and related birth details.

1.4 Technical and usage data

• App diagnostics, error logs, request metadata, and security logs.
• Device/network information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To authenticate users and secure access.
• To show relevant profiles and provide matrimony matching features.
• To review profile status, moderation, and safety controls.

• Your profile details may be visible to other users according to app visibility and approval settings.

• Authentication is handled using Firebase Authentication.
• Profile and app data are stored in backend databases and cloud storage systems.
• We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
• No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed for service operation and legal compliance.
• When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
• Some limited data may remain in backups for security and disaster recovery purposes.

6. Account Deletion (Method and Timeline)

You can delete your account directly inside the app from My Profile > Delete Account. We require a final confirmation before deletion to prevent accidental removal.

• Immediate action: once deletion is confirmed, your current session is signed out immediately and access is revoked.
• Active systems: account, profile data, and associated media references are deleted from active systems usually within 24 hours (and no later than 72 hours).
• Backups: residual copies, if any, are automatically removed by backup retention cycles within up to 30 days, unless legal retention is required.

7. Your Rights

• Access, update, or correct your profile data in the app.
